Eligibility: Eligibility and priority for Early Head Start, NOEEN and Head Start programs is determined based on need These programs are open to qualifying Orleans Parish residents who meet the program age requirements on or before September 30 of the year school begins
Priority: Head Start priorities are based on a federally-regulated needs assessment
