Philosophy: Kids of excellence mission is to improve our community by providing quality education preparing them to succeed in a diverse and changing world. Kids of Excellence invest in the development of the whole child, through cooperation of the school, family, staff, and community to be most effective. We believe in the value and uniqueness of each child we serve. We plan to promote optimal development of all children in our neighborhood. Our curriculum is designed to foster the social, emotional, intellectual, and physical needs of the children we serve.

Kids of Excellence (Early Head Start & NOEEN)

Eligibility: Eligibility and priority for Head Start programs is determined by an Eligibility Priority Criteria Score (EPC), a federally-regulated set of criteria designed to ensure Head Start Centers are serving the highest-need applicants. Head Start and Early Head Start programs are open to qualifying Orleans Parish residents who meet the program age requirements on or before September 30, 2019.

Kids of Excellence (CCAP)
Eligibility: Louisiana Residents who meet income and work requirements (20+ hrs. per week in school, training, or job)
