Priority: (1) Applicants with an IEP (2) then Siblings, (3) then Applicants who reside within a half-mile of the school, for up to 25% of available seats, (4) then Applicants who reside in zip codes 70112, 70119 for up to 25% of available seats, (5) then All other applicants
