Early Childhood (Birth to 4 years old)

Welcome to New Orleans! If you are seeking to enroll a child four years or younger, please note that publicly-funded (free) programs are available for families who qualify on the basis of income. To check your child’s eligibility for free programming, please participate in the early childhood verification process here.

1. Log-in to oneapp.force.com
2. Click Early Childhood Infant – PK4
3. Click “Check Eligibility” next to your child’s name
4. Complete the eligibility check with the most accurate information.
5. Once you have completed this step, you will receive an email that will include next steps. You should begin gathering the documents below which may be needed:
   • If impacted by Hurricane Laura please do not let available documents be a barrier, we will work with you.
   • Parent/Guardian Photo ID
   • Birth Certificate
   • Proof of Residency
   • Proof of Income

6. Once determined eligible you will be directed to your parent portal account to manage your waitlists, if we are unable to determine your eligibility we will contact you with next steps.
