McMillian's First Steps Academy Mission is to give every student a diverse and rigorous education in a safe, steady environment that advances discipline, inspiration, and excellence in learning. The McMillian's team joins the parents and community to assist the students in developing their character, leadership, learning, learning abilities, and service.
